This Tisha B'Av, join with Jews around the world who will learn the strategies that can conquer envy and set us free to live a life of genuine Ahavas Yisrael. Silence the inner voices of pettiness and strife so that together, we can finally merit to hear the awesome sound of the approaching Geulah.

Hey there everyone! Bless the Kids Shabbos had an amazing turnout with over 80 children and their parents receiving a blessing from the Rabbi under the giant Talit. The children then creatively made their own edible friendship necklaces. Next Bless the Kids Shabbos is scheduled for September 20th. Save the Date! Mother – Daughter Event (for girls 11-15 and their mothers, grandmothers, or on their own), 7.00pm  August 31st. Spend some quality time with your daughter, as you do some interesting learning, and creative cake decorating. For additional info please contact Rebbetzen Rivky. When it Comes to my Health ...

An old Jewish man goes to see one of the city's top medical specialists.

"How much do I owe you doctor?" he asks.

"My fee is $5000."

"$5000!" the man exclaims. "That's impossible."

"Fine, in your case," the doctor replies, "I suppose I could make it 3000."

"3000? Ridiculous."

"Well can you afford 1000?"

"A thousand dollars? Who has that kind of money?"

Frustrated, the doctor says, "Just give me $800 and we'll be done with it."

"I can give you 200," says the man. "Take it or leave it.”

"I don't understand you," says the doctor. "Why did you come to one of the most expensive doctors in the city if you didn't have any money?"

"Listen doctor," says the patient. "When it comes to my health, nothing is too expensive."
